It is time to prepare for our Grace Lutheran School 17th Annual Festival. If you have not been with us in years past, this is an evening that brings our entire campus together to celebrate the work God is doing in our children through the school, and to raise funds for special projects that grow and enhance our program. Last year these funds allowed us to begin working on a major project – security upgrades. Our goal is to raise the 35-40K needed to make install exterior to interior security upgrades. As the Montgomery/Conroe area continues to experience explosive growth, our Grace campus is praying about how to best serve families of young children and spread the Love of Christ through solid faith-based education. Your support directly impacts this vision and we make it as fun and easy for you to do that as possible!
Our evening includes: A Student Art Show, an amazing meal hosted by a local favorite, Pizza Shack, the raffling of a Disney Family Vacation, a Live and Silent Auction AND adorable entertainment by our students, families and staff. We are currently busy making classroom auction items and practicing for our show. The children look forward to sharing what they have practiced for you and your friends and family.

It is advised that you buy a reserved table for 10 (or go in on one with other families) as we have been filled to capacity (450) every year and seating becomes a problem-we will offer overflow seating outside, weather permitting.
SELL-SELL-SELL ~ raffle tickets and ask for more! ~ Raffle Flyer and 20 tickets enclosed
This is our most lucrative fundraising component and each year we have seen one of our own families ride away on a brand-new four-wheeler.
DONATE ~ items from local merchants or create your own item for our live and silent auction
We ask for one item per family. Idealist is enclosed. Mention to potential donors that their service or product will be exposed to 500 customers and a donation form is available on request.
BAKED GOODS ~ are a big seller on the night of the auction.
Small packets of cookies or cupcakes sell individually or delicious cakes and pies sell as a whole. We always sell everything on the table. Bake now and freeze for delivery that evening.
VOLUNTEER ~ to help set up or tear down the day of festival.
Every pair of hands at the end of the night is a huge blessing. We appreciate all support from you, our families, and promise to translate all proceeds from the evening into tangible enhancements to your child’s care. We look forward to another amazing evening together filled with food, fellowship and fun.
